We have only one chalet like that, located on the top of the hill at our Plage de Penouille site in Gaspe. There is two bedrooms at the first floor with one double bed in each one and a mezzanine with 3 twin beds.

The chalet offers a spectacular view on the Gaspe Bay and the opening of the St Lawrence Gulf. It has been renovated in 2022 and is no more red has shown in the video.

The Penouille Beach and Peninsula (Forillon Park) is accessible by foot from the chalet. Once at the beach, it is possible to swim, bike, run or walk by the beach.

It ideally hosts a family or 7 people. The sofa bed located in the living room can be used to add to 2 more guests with 20$ per day per person as extra charges.

RESTRICTIONS AND POLICIES

Booking conditions

From mid-July to mid-August (fixed periods of 6 nights with arrival and departure dates pre-established by the establishment).
2 nights minimum outside of these specified periods.

PRICING CONDITIONS

Our prices do not include any taxes (federal, provincial, and hospitality).
Fees for additional guests per night are 20.00 CAD per guest. The equivalent of 50% of the total fees for your stay must be paid for and is required in order to secure your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required when booking, deposit refundable in case of cancellation or modification up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total cost of the stay initially planned will be charged.
